Strictly necessary cookies only

The platform uses only cookies that are essential to make it work — principally to keep you securely signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be switched off without breaking the service.

No tracking or advertising

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics that profile you. Public signing pages (reached by QR code) do not require you to log in and set no marketing cookies.

What is stored

A secure session cookie for signed-in administrators and facilitators.
A short-lived security token to protect form submissions.
No personal information is stored in cookies beyond what is needed for the session.
